Challenge #7 over at Clearly Besotted this month is 'Love'. I got quite a few of their new releases this month but decided to use an old set called 'Just my type' with my favourite washi tape ;-)

Box of Poinsettia's

Challenge # 6 at Clearly Besotted this month is nice and easy - CHRISTMAS.

 I've just about got all my cards done, just have to write in them now! I've used the gorgeous Pretty Poinsettia and of course the co-ordinating die to make a card in a box! I don't usually 'faff' around like this but fancied a challenge, needless to say I'll be sticking with the clean & simple from now on lol

Butterfly Wishes

There is a colour challenge at Clearly Besotted this month. The colour palette is very Autumnal so I decided to use the Butterfly Wishes Addition, and die (of course), with the Basic Banners, and die lol, to create this Autumn Birthday card.

I'm Dreaming of a ......

.....White on White Christmas ;o). I love the CAS look and especially white on white so when I saw the challenge on 'Less is More' this week I was delighted. I did get rather carried away though and made 4 in total the 1st of which I am showing today, the rest will follow soon lol.

Get 'Whale' Soon

It's a one layer week at Less is More with the theme of 'get well soon'. I've coloured the cute whale from Clearly Besotted 'Under the Sea' stamp set with Spectrum Noir markers.

Star Background

 The challenge at Clearly Besotted this time is 'stamp your own background' which I have done with stars from the Once upon a Time and Full Steam Ahead stamps sets. I have also used the Basic Banners stamp set and of course' the can't live without' co-ordinating die!

Stars are my all time favourite thing to embellish those dreaded 'man' cards.

'Krafty' Christmas

The challenge at Less is More this week is to use 'a rubber stamp' with an added option of using water colours. As the challenge is being sponsored by Penny Black I thought I'd use their gorgeous Snowman image on to my favourite Kraft card and coloured him using some Derwent water colour pencils I've had since time immemorial ;o)

Surprisingly I don't posses a shoe stamp (shock, horror) so I took my inspiration from the ribbon detail and the colour instead.

Picked Just for You

 

The theme at Less is More this week is 'Handmade Flowers'.

I bought the multi flower rose die from Britannia Dies recently and decided to give it a whirl. It's a bit fiddly but once you get the hang of it the roses look pretty good.

I managed to sneak another card in for the 2nd Clearly Besotted challenge of 'Seeing Spots'. Unusually early for me I decided on a Christmas card, in my defence the sun has stopped shinning here today and it's dark and raining!
