Sprinkled Expressions
I used the FREE Sprinkled Expressions SAB stamp set to create this background, it’s done using the ghosting technique, an oldie but goodie
Hi Jo ! I'm guessing versamark pad and brayering ???? Really nice card; this stamp set works well repeated for backgrounds as I've struggled with it used as a single image ! Hugs Jane x
